CHARLES LO Mr. Charles Lo has over 40 years of professional and business experience. He started his own public accounting practice in Hong Kong in 1969. His firm Charles Lo & Co merged with Deloitte Haskis & Sells, Hong Kong (Deloitte) in 1986 and he became a senior partner in Deloitte in charge of the Mergers & Acquisitions division, the predecessor of Deloitte Touche Corporate Finance Limited. Charles spent most of his time advising clients on initial public offerings, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures in the Greater China region.
